Glen is a digital creative, specialising in strategy, behaviour change and experience design. Glen’s key strengths are ideation, empathy and communication, which he uses to design beautiful experiences that engage audiences and promote positive change.

Glen has over fifteen years’ experience working across the commercial, NGO, government and higher-education sectors. Throughout his career Glen has led senior strategic, UX and Instructional Design teams, creating an award-winning range of interactives, apps, games, videos, animations and websites.

A passionate advocate of design thinking and agile methodologies, Glen possesses a strong working knowledge of ideation, prototyping, testing and production. Glen also has significant expertise managing content experts, writers, artists, graphic designers, programmers, video producers and other members of creative development teams.
