Impactful innovation requires us to approach challenges from fresh perspectives, unearth real needs and remain solution agnostic in the early stages of ideation. Combine this with the right mindsets and the result is truly disruptive innovation.

Hannah is an Innovation Project Leader with experience running projects across diverse industries including banking, energy, retail, higher education and extensive FMCG experience. Projects can range from product and service development to business model innovation and customer experience, as well as building innovation strategies and running innovation mindset training for her clients.

Hannah moved to How To Impact from WhatIf Innovation in the UK. She also has extensive experience with innovation client side. Working at L’Oreal she learnt the nuts and bolts of what it really takes to launch innovation from concept to shop floor and uses this operational experience to help clients navigate the true challenges of getting to launch. At How To Impact, Hannah has worked with major FMCGs, SME’s, Not-for-Profits, and specialises in ‘Agile Implementation’ which focuses on building confidence in new ideas & fast tracking them to launch.
